How does it work?
We human beings are so much more than our thoughts. We also carry a body, an emotional life, and we are shaped by the society and culture we live in. All of this interacts and affects us every single day.
As a holistic coach, I use different tools to help you reconnect with your inner earth. Beyond conversation, this may mean stepping into nature, moving our bodies, or exploring creativity – always in the way that supports you best.
Coaching is goal-oriented and based on the belief that you already hold the answers within yourself. My role is to be a mirror and a sounding board, making it easier for you to see more clearly and take steps toward a sustainable life. During our sessions, I promise to offer you my full presence, my curiosity, and a genuine wish to meet you exactly as you are.

My background
For many years, I measured my worth through achievements—always striving, always pushing.
But after years of stress and exhaustion, I finally realized something had to change. The journey wasn’t a straight path; it was full of twists, pauses, and lessons. Along the way, I gathered tools that helped me truly know myself and learn how to care for my whole being.
I discovered the power of community, the deep healing that comes from nature, and the strength that grows when we slow down and listen inward. All these experiences and insights came together and shaped…

My philosophy
Inner sustainability
Why do I use the word sustainability when I talk about health? Sustainability means being able to maintain a system that works long-term. In the same way, you too can create inner sustainability - a life that works for you and that lasts in the long run. What a sustainable life can look like for you is individual, and through our coaching sessions we can dive into this together.
The holistic perspective
All people are complex and unique individuals, with different sets of genes and experiences. I believe that it's impossible to have one answer or solution for how you can live a healthy and sustainable life. The holistic perspective means seeing the whole person - where body, soul and mind are interconnected and influence each other.
Curiosity
as a driving force
Growing can be painful and sometimes it can feel like taking one step forward and two steps back. Curiosity is therefore one of the most powerful tools we can use. As a coach, I am driven forward by my incurable curiosity and there is nothing that fascinates me more than people's uniqueness, personalities and stories. My hope is that we can use curiosity during our sessions together, and that it can help you explore your inner earth.
It starts with our relationships
All living things relate to someone or something else. We relate to ourselves, each other and the earth we live on. In order to grow in our relationships, we need to start by looking inward; What brings me joy and meaning? How do I handle stress? How do I communicate? How do I nurture my relationships? By working with those puzzle pieces, we can build a sustainable world from the inside out.
We are
nature
Research shows that spending time in natural environments reduces negative emotions and stress, and increases positive emotions, mental recovery and performance. Why is this so? One explanation could be that a natural environment contains fewer impressions than an urban environment, which is restful for our brains. However, I also believe that there is something deeper that happens to us when we spend time in nature. Humans are part of nature and for thousands of years the forest, meadows and beaches were our home. By reconnecting with that origin, I believe we can find a lot of healing. That is why we spend some of our sessions outdoors in natural environments, connecting to nature both philosophically and practically.
