Individualized coaching

I offer coaching in both Swedish and English – either in person in Gothenburg, online, or as a combination of the two. Meeting face-to-face can make it easier to work with the holistic tools we use, while online sessions bring the convenience and comfort of connecting from your own safe space at home.
